Myself
Design has always been part of me throughout my entire life in a sort way to say. I am a UX designer with more than 10 years of experience, which I was able to apply in different areas and thus constantly renewing myself and acquiring even more experience. My goal was always to convert concepts into unique products and offer, at the same time, the best user experience through design. In the last four years, I've achieved new techniques learning the day per day user applying new exercises to get even better solutions.
Work Experience
09/2022 - to present
Company:
Job: User Experience Designer
Work Areas:
User Experience. I prefer to explain every little detail on how my daily routines are because I think that's the best way to understand some processes and how I grow up during these last couple of years. For example, yes, apply specific processes and methodologies related to research and discovery when a requirement is asked. Talk and discuss it with team members and managers to get a better accurate approach on the required product involved. Start documenting everything related to user personas pre-defined or new ones. Start thinking on accurate and real solutions, always more than one to keep open mind and always share with the team. I usually use, figjam or figma to start drawing certain patrons and wished path from users. Always keeping eyes open and listening and hearing all users feedback and try to enhance documentation an data registered with different tools like Fullstory, Adobe Analytics, and so on. Continue getting better results in solutions. Always asking, sharing knowledge, accept feedback and transform them into more visions and points of view and try to think out of the box . Take action on developing low-f prototypes and releasing demos, organize and syncronize with managers, POs and devs-team to fully understand the main goals and analyze not only success but pain points we might have during the walkthrough and..keep pushing.
During the last couple of months I jump into a new client C.H. Robinson where I have the chance to work entirely with a UX team, most of them from Minnesota and some globers as well and I've got to say it's great!! I have the opportunity to fully engaged with them in so many ways, sharing not only hobbies and cultural traditions but also sharing design critiques and expose each one of us on whats our work going promoting new features and knowledge. We have plenty of meetings not mandatory but in case we have free time, we participate on Enterprise design system, figjams to continue enhancing one and unique communication chanel for all of us. Besides that, I have the chance to colaborate into different teams and reach out better solutions.

Team recognition. I was able to accomplished different levels of understanding. My first project was Deloitte to get a better user experience in their administrable platform for Certifications and Badges for practitioners. At that year I was able to get more experience into sharing and talking with stakeholders, not only getting all information I need but also being so empathic and friendly with them, we allways talked about traditions, spanish words, sharing some family moments lived during the weekends and staff. I actually get that friendly engagement from them, and that's how I am.

User Flow. To create a navigation map to create/improve flows and experiences.
Wireframing Low/High Quality. Low only for understanding structure. High, when includes Guidelines UI. Guidelines include Colours and logotypes. Colors and Fonts. Buttons, inputs, and behaviors.
Team reference. I was able to accomplish tasks in order to manage the UX team and still working together as a team. I created respective tickets for Jira & Azure so we can put together all the effort qualitatively. Despites that each one of us has our own project and direct responsibility for those, we continue working as a team keeping regular daily meetings, and try to always achieve goals weekly. And we support each other whenever we need. That's the maximum effort that I'm proud to get at the end of the day.
